Hello! My name is Jody Taylor and I am thrilled to say this is my 10th year coaching cheerleading. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and relocated to Grayson, Georgia in 1995. I received my Bachelor of Special Education degree from The University of Georgia in 2006, my Masters of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment K-12 degree in 2008, and my Specialist in Administrator Leadership degree in 2010. I have completed half of my doctoral study and am currently taking a break from school to focus on my family and career. I began my teaching career in 2006 at Grayson High School in Gwinnett County. I later relocated to Alcovy High School in Newton County and then to Woodland Middle School At Euharlee after marrying my husband. This will be my 16 year teaching. I have been married to my amazingly supportive husband, Ashley, for 4 years, have an awesome 25-year-old daughter, Aimee, 2 sweet chihuahuas, Phoebe and Sasha, and my loyal tabby cat, Sage. I have coached Varsity Basketball Cheer, JV Football and Basketball Cheer, and now middle school football and basketball cheer. Currently, I live in Euharlee, Georgia. I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and pampering myself.
I look forward to a great 2019-2020 cheer season!!!
